Strong and sturdy tool used for cutting circles in heavy-duty sheet materials, including greyboard (up to 3mm thick), thin rubber sheet and plastics, textiles and fabrics, leatherette, felt, denim, lace, cork, veneer sheets and balsa wood. The blades are made from carbon steel, and can be adjusted to suit the thickness of materials being cut. Comes with one blade.
